Day 98

Weight 7.30 am 98.5 kg, NC

Dietry Ketosis *don't know*

Breakfast:- coffee, black & unsweetened
before 9 am Smoothie *yes*
Snack 1;

Lunch:- grilled cottage cheese loaf and salad, balsamic dressing, apple
Snack 2; 6 almonds,1 dried apricot half.


Dinner:- portabella mushroom with bacon, onion and cheese, slice of bread with little butter; plain yoghurt with WW jelly/jello
Snack 3; 6 almonds

Drinking:- Water x 0
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc x 5
black, unsweetened coffee x 1

Daily Goal:- 1.5 lt. or 5 - 6 large cups *yes*

Exercise:- 30 minutes walk *no*
5 minutes cross-trainer *no*
