Breakfast:- coffee, black & unsweetened
before 9 am Smoothie *yes*
Snack 1;

Lunch:- roast beef and salad, balsamic dressing
Snack 2; 6 almonds,1 dried apricot half.


Dinner:- pumpkin soup, slice of cottage cheese loaf. 1 golden kiwifruit
Snack 3; plain yoghurt with WW jelly/jello 8no*

Drinking:- Water x 1
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc x 5
black, unsweetened coffee x 2

Daily Goal:- 1.5 lt. or 5 - 6 large cups *yes

Exercise:- 30 minutes walk *no*
5 minutes cross-trainer *no*
