Lunch:- grilled with a topping of grated cheese to freshen up the cottage cheese loaf with small salad, 1 golden kiwifruit
Snack 2; 6 almonds,1 dried apricot half.
Dinner:- roast beef, roast veggies and green beans, possibly too much salt in the herb sprinkle I used on the roast veggies
Snack 3; plain yoghurt with WW jelly/jello
Drinking:- Water x 1
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc x 4
