Day 95

Weight 7.30 am 98.5 kg, NC

Dietry Ketosis *don't know*

Breakfast:- coffee, black & unsweetened
before 9 am Smoothie *yes*
Snack 1; cottage cheese loaf

Lunch:- cappuccino
Snack 2; cappuccino with sugar. spinach, pumpkin and feta frittata

Snack 4; small piece of cottage cheese loaf

Dinner:- small crumbed fish with carrot
Snack 3; plain yoghurt with WW jelly/jello

Drinking:- Water x 1
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc x 3
black, unsweetened coffee x 1
2 cappuccino, 1 tsp sugar

Daily Goal:- 1.5 lt. or 5 - 6 large cups *no*

Exercise:- 30 minutes walk *no* not that long, maybe 15 minutes
5 minutes cross-trainer *no*
