Weight 7.30 am 101 kg. NC &#****&# I'm not meant to be gaining. This is a direct result of all the bread I ate yesterday plus no tablets last night.(forgot as sometimes happens when I'm tired).

Dietry Ketosis *don't know, never tested*

Breakfast:- coffee, black & unsweetened
before 9 am Smoothie *yes*
Snack 1; black coffee + cake

Lunch:- veggie soup, bread, whatever
Snack 2; cake,

Dinner:- roast beef sandwich, savoury pastries.
Snack 3; apricot and almonds

Drinking:- Water x 0
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc x 3 or 4 or 5
black, unsweetened coffee x 2

Daily Goal:- 1.5 lt. or 5 - 6 large cups *no*

Exercise:- 30 minutes walk *no*
5 minutes cross-trainer *no*

Reading:- Blogs

I guess I gave up trying today. It wasn't too awful but lots of unnecessary food.
