Day 88

Dietry Ketosis *don't know, never tested*

Breakfast:- coffee, black & unsweetened
before 9 am Smoothie *yes*
Snack 1;

Lunch:- bacon and 1 egg
Snack 2; 1/2 scone, small piece of fruit cake.

Dinner:- 3 chicken sausages, 1 egg, little tomato sauce
Snack 3; 12 almonds and 3 dried apricot halves


Drinking:- Water x 0
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc x 5
black, unsweetened coffee x 2

Daily Goal:- 2.5 lt. or 8 - 10 large cups *no*

Exercise:- 30 minutes walk *no*
5 minutes cross-trainer *no*
