Weight 7.30 am 99.5 kg. I'm happy with this, considering the last week.
Dietry Ketosis *don't know, never tested*
Breakfast:- coffee, black & unsweetened
before 9 am Smoothie *yes*
Lunch:- Cafe lunch, kumera salad
Snack 2; Funeral Afternoon Tea, sandwich, pastry, apple shortcake,drink - lemon,lime & bitters
Dinner:- egg salad, Louise cake, after 8 pm at Mum's
Snack 3; plain yoghurt if I'm really hungry. *no* sandwich made with butter, cheese and raspberry jam at home after 10.30 pm.
Emergency food:- Egg and celery salad. This came in handy at the end of the day and probably prevented am all-out feast on bread based eating once w got home and began to unwind.
Drinking:- Water x 2
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc x 3
black, unsweetened coffee x 1
large cappuccino with 1 small tsp sugar
large glass lemon, lime and bitters
Daily Goal:- 2.5 lt. or 8 - 10 large cups *no*.
Exercise:- 30 minutes walk *no*
5 minutes cross-trainer *no*
I'm satisfied with how I manages the day's food and drink.
