Day 78

Weight 7.30 am 99 kg - maybe a smidgeon under
Dietry Ketosis *yes* I remain surprised to see I'm in the pink

Breakfast:- coffee, black & unsweetened
before 9 am Smoothie *yes*
Snack 1; cottage cheese and celery

Lunch:- oopsie roll with lettuce, red capsicum & cucumber, large beurre bosc pear
Snack 2; 1 apricot and 6 almonds

Dinner:- chicken and vegetable frittata
Snack 3; almonds and dried apricot *no*

Drinking:- Water x 0
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc x 3
black, unsweetened coffee x 2

Daily Goal:- 2.5 lt. or 8 - 10 large cups. *no*

Exercise:- 30 minutes walk *no*
5 minutes cross-trainer *no*
