Day 84

Weight 7.30 am no idea, I forgot to weigh at my usual time so 99.5 kg is not quite accurate.

Dietry Ketosis *don't know, never tested*

Breakfast:- coffee, black & unsweetened
before 9 am Smoothie *yes*
Snack 1; 1 slice of cheese

Lunch:- egg, lettuce and celery salad.
Snack 2; 8 almonds and 2 dried apricot halves, slice of cheese

Dinner:- stir-fry pork. sandwich made with 2 slices of thin bread with cream cheese and tomato
Snack 3; plain yoghurt if I'm really hungry. *no*


Drinking:- Water x 0
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc x 2
black, unsweetened coffee x 2

Daily Goal:- 2.5 lt. or 8 - 10 large cups. *no*

Exercise:- 30 minutes walk *no*
5 minutes cross-trainer *no*
