Lunch:- 2 x Cappuccino with 1 tsp sugar and lasagne and salad at Capers. The lasagne was huge I ate 1/4 and the salad.

Dinner:- 6" Sub, meatball and lots of salad filling.
Snack; (1 dried apricot, 1 brazil nuts, 4 almond) x 3 This was a 3 day supply consumed in one evening.
