Day 103

Weight 7.30 am ? Didn't bring my scales to Mum's

Dietry Ketosis *don't know*

Breakfast:- Nestle skinny cappuccino with 1 tsp sugar, coffee, black & unsweetened
before 9 am Smoothie *yes*
Snack 1;

Lunch:- curried chicken
Snack 2; 1/2 dried apricot, 2 brazil nuts, 8 almonds. wedge laughing cow cheese

Dinner:- 2 venison sausages. 2 slices of bread, too much butter and jam/jello
Snack; plain yoghurt *no* 2 slices of bread, too much butter and jam/jello


Drinking:- Water x 0
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc x 5
black, unsweetened coffee x 1
Nestle sachet skim milk cappuccino with 1 tsp sugar. Not worth it.

Daily Goal:- 1.5 lt. or 5 - 6 large cups *yes*

Exercise:- 30 minutes walk *no*
5 minutes cross-trainer *no*
