Day 102

Weight 7.30 am ? Didn't bring my scales to Mum's

Dietry Ketosis *don't know*

Breakfast:- coffee, black & unsweetened
before 9 am Smoothie *yes*
Snack 1;

Lunch:- oopsie roll with lettuce and tomato filling, apple
Snack 2;2 slice cheese

Dinner:- curried chicken with vegetables,
Snack; plain yoghurt *no*

Drinking:- Water x 2
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc x 3
black, unsweetened coffee x 2

Daily Goal:- 1.5 lt. or 5 - 6 large cups *yes*

Exercise:- 30 minutes walk *no*
5 minutes cross-trainer *no*
