DAY 100 - AMAZING! I'VE TRACKED FOR 100 DAYS STRAIGHT

Weight 7.30 am 98.5 kg, NC (It was tempting to write 98 kg but not quite there yet)

Dietry Ketosis *don't know*

Breakfast:- coffee, black & unsweetened
before 9 am Smoothie *yes*
Snack 1;

Lunch:- oopsie roll with lettuce and tomato filling
Snack 2; 2 dried apricot halves and 6 almonds

Dinner:-roast chicken with kumera,(sweet potato), onion, buttercup,(autumn squash) and green beans
Snack plain yoghurt with WW jelly/jello,
Very Late; oopsie roll with 1/2 tsp jam/jelly

Drinking:- Water x 0
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc x 3
black, unsweetened coffee x 2

Daily Goal:- 1.5 lt. or 5 - 6 large cups *no*

Exercise:- 30 minutes walk *no*
5 minutes cross-trainer *no*
