Day 72

Weight 7.30 am 100 kg - going down again
Dietry Ketosis *no*

Breakfast:- coffee, black & unsweetened
before 9 am Smoothie *yes*
Snack 1; 1 HB egg *yes*

Lunch:- can lite tuna with lettuce, carrot, cucumber and dressing. 1/2 apple
Snack 2; cottage cheese and celery *no*

Dinner:- 2 chicken sausages, carrot, mixed veggies, onion, little tomato sauce.
Snack 3; yoghurt if I'm really hungry *no*

Drinking:- Water x 3
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc x 4
black, unsweetened coffee x 2

Daily Goal:- 2.5 lt. or 8 - 10 large cups. *Very close*

Exercise:- 30 minutes walk *no*
5 minutes cross-trainer *no*
