DAY 69

Weight 7.30 am 100.2 kg. Coming down again.
Dietry Ketosis *no*

Breakfast:- coffee, black & unsweetened
before 9 am Smoothie *yes*
Snack 1; 6 almonds and 1 dried apricot.

Lunch:- roast beef salad, small banana
Snack 2; cottage cheese and celery *no*

Dinner:- pizza on tortilla. ww jelly,(jello) with plain yoghurt
Snack 3; celery and cottage cheese if I must *no*


Drinking:- Water x 0
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc x 4
black, unsweetened coffee x 1

Daily Goal:- 2.5 lt. or 8 - 10 large cups. *no*

Exercise:- 30 minutes walk *no*
5 minutes cross-trainer *no*
