Lunch:- butternut soup with cheese, apple.
Snack 2; celery and cottage cheese
Dinner:- cold roast beef, carrot, broccoli, small spoon mashed potato.
Snack 3; celery and cottage cheese if I must *no*
Drinking:- Water x 0
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc x 5

black, unsweetened coffee x 1
Daily Goal:- 2.5 lt. or 8 - 10 large cups.*no*
Exercise:- 30 minutes walk *yes*
5 minutes cross-trainer *yes*
At Mum's most of day so I need to prepare my lunch, snack and remember to take water. Didn't need to go to Mum's so stayed home.
