Day 62

Weight 7.30 am 101.2 kg

Dietry Ketosis *no*

Breakfast:- Nestle sachet cappuccino with 1 tsp sugar;
before 9 am Smoothie *yes*
Snack 1; celery and cottage cheese *no*

Lunch:- something eggy + salad
Snack 2; celery and cottage cheese *no*

Dinner:- decide at lunch time when I get something out of freezer *no*
Snack 3; early to bed

Drinking:- Water x 0
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc x 4
Nestle sachet cappuccino with large tsp sugar x 2 or 3

Daily Goal:- 2.5 lt. or 8 - 10 large cups. *no*

Exercise:- 30 minutes walk *no*
15 minutes cross-trainer *no*

Reading:- Blogs

Tiredness and a text to from Jay and I messed up. I'm not too upset but nor am I happy about it.

I made muffins for visitors, Mum and Jay, and ate more than my share plus I ate bread cheese and honey sandwich. I can't remember now exactly how much but it wasn't helpful. I was simply too tired to prepare a proper meal and TWJ wasn't well. Roll on tomorrow.
