DAY 53 - 25 DAY CHALLENGE - DAY 21

Weight 7.30 am 99.8 kg ........ Out of the 100s but for how long? This is the result of not eating enough food for several days. Not quite fasting but darned near. Not my healthy plan.

Dietry Ketosis *no*

Breakfast:- 8 am. Nestle sachet cappuccino with large tsp sugar
Snack 1; before 10 am Smoothie *yes*

Lunch:- lettuce with egg *yes* + cappuccino
Snack 2; cappuccino and 2 crackers

Dinner:- roast beef, veggies, (courgette, broccoli, onion and 1/2 baked potato) *yes*
Snack 3; 2 crackers

Drinking:- Water x 0
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc x 3
Nestle sachet cappuccino with large tsp sugar x 3


Daily Goal:- 2.5 lt. or 8 - 10 large cups. *no*

Exercise:- 30 minutes walk *no*
15 minutes cross-trainer *no*
