Weight 7.30 am 100 kg N.C. This is frustrating. I only have 6 days left of my personal challenge and I have no-one to blame except myself because I have not worked at every aspect of my program.
Dietry Ketosis *no*
Breakfast:- 8 am. Nestle sachet cappuccino with large tsp sugar
Snack 1; before 10 am Smoothie *no*
Lunch:- salad with egg and/cheese *no*
Snack 2; piece of parmesan cheese
Dinner:- roast beef, veggies, crisp apple *no*
Snack 3; yoghurt and passionfruit *no* but I ate 5 crackers with 1/2 teaspoon butter, marmite and a piece of cheese.
