DAY 48 - 25 DAY CHALLENGE - DAY 16

Weight 7.30 am 100.5 kg another 500 gram gone

Dietry Ketosis *no*

Breakfast:- 8 am. Nestle sachet cappuccino with large tsp sugar
Snack 1; Smoothie *yes*

Lunch:- hot cross bun with cream cheese instead of butter. Worked well and did not set up cravings. Nestle sachet cappuccino with large tsp sugar
Snack 2;

Dinner:- 3 Oopsie. rolls, lettuce, cucumber, smear of honey mustard dressing
Snack 3; yoghurt but only if I'm really hungry * no*

Drinking:- Water x 1
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc x 4
Nestle sachet cappuccino with large tsp sugar x 2


Daily Goal:- 2.5 lt. or 8 - 10 large cups. *no*

Exercise:- 30 minutes walk *no*
15 minutes cross-trainer *no*
