DAY 47 - 25 DAY CHALLENGE - DAY 15

Dietry Ketosis *no*

Breakfast:- 8 am. Nestle sachet cappuccino with large tsp sugar,

Snack 1; Smoothie *no*

Lunch:- 2 large slices of toast bread, cream cheese, red capsicum, lettuce, honey mustard dressing.
Snack 2; yoghurt and passionfruit.*no* another cappuccino instead.

Dinner:- venison meat balls in onion & tomato sauce, carrot, baby peas.
Snack 3;

Drinking:- Water x 1
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc x 3 or 4
Nestle sachet cappuccino with large tsp sugar x 2


Daily Goal:- 2.5 lt. or 8 - 10 large cups. *no*

Exercise:- 30 minutes walk *no*
15 minutes cross-trainer *no*
