Lunch:- chicken & lettuce salad.
Snack 2, about 3 pm yoghurt with passionfruit
Dinner:- stuffed mushroom, vegie bake
Snack 3, 8 pm. chicken
Snack 4, 10 pm sausage roll, ham & cheeese sandwich!!!!!
Snack 5, 1 am 2 ham & cheese sandwiches. !!!!!!!
Drinking:- Water x 4

Nestle mochaccino latte sachet, sugar!
tea x 2
Daily Goal:- 2.5 lt or 8 - 10 large cups. *no,no, NO!*
