DAY 15 - WEEK 3 BEGINS WITH MAINLY PROTEIN DAY

Weight 7.30 am 103.7 kg Brings me to 1 kg gone since we arrived in Christchurch.

Ketosis *no*

Breakfast:- smoothie
Snack 1, small piece cheese

Lunch:- 2 H.B. eggs
Snack 2, about 3 pm 1/2 protein bar

Dinner:- beef bolognaise sauce with beans & courgette
Snack 3, cheese,

Drinking:- Water x 3
black coffee x 2
tea x 2

Daily Goal:- 2.5 lt or 8 - 10 large cups. *no*

Exercise:- Walk for a total of 1 hour

Reading:- Day 15 titled 'Values And Vision' in my Lean For Life book. *done*
