Lunch:- lite tuna, lettuce etc salad.
Snack 2, about 3 pm yoghurt with passionfruit
Snack 3, 1.2 protein bar
Dinner:- chicken stir fry, baked courgette, salad, 2 plums.
Snack 4, I'm hungry and it's 10.30 pm. Do I have some yoghurt or just a drink of water?
Drinking:- Water x 6
black coffee x 1
tea x 1
Daily Goal:- 2.5 lt or 8 - 10 large cups.
Exercise:- 30 minutes walk *no*
