Snack 2, about 4 pm can lite tuna
Dinner:- BBQ beef pattie, small potato salad, 3 slices of beetroot, cauliflower. Diet jelly, (jello), with peach.
Snack 3, about 8 pm yoghurt but only if I really feel hungry *no*
Drinking:- Water x 5

Daily Goal:- 2.5 lt or 8 - 10 large cups. *not quite*
Exercise:- 30 minutes walk *no*
